If you forget your password or need to change it for security reasons, you can reset it directly from the MyClass login page.
How to Reset Your Password
On Desktop
Open your web browser and go to the MyClass login page.
Click "Forgot Password?" below the login fields.
Enter your registered email address and click "Continue"
You’ll be asked to enter a code.
Check your email inbox for a code from [email protected].
Enter the code and click “Continue.”
Create a new password.
Confirm the new password by pressing continue
Log in to MyClass.
On Mobile
Open the MyClass app.
Tap "Forgot Password?" on the login screen.
Enter your registered email address and click "Continue"
You’ll be asked to enter a code.
Check your email inbox for a code from [email protected].
Enter the code and click “Continue.”
Create a new password.
Confirm the new password by pressing continue
Log in to MyClass.
Troubleshooting Password Reset Issues
I didn’t receive a password reset email.
Check your spam/junk folder.
Ensure you entered the correct registered email.
Try resending the code.
If you still don’t see it, contact MyClass Support.
The reset link isn’t working.
The link may have expired -- try requesting a new one.
Ensure you are clicking the most recent reset email sent to you.
I can’t remember my registered email.
Try logging in with any work or school email you may have used.
If you still can't access your account, contact your MyClass Admin or support.
