Assessments - A structured evaluation of safety risks present at a specific location. Each assessment includes questions pertaining to specific topics or areas to be answered along with supporting evidence
Follow Up - A task assigned to an assessment question, whereby alerting a user(s) or admins to review and take action. Users can add photos and notes for context
My Profile - A personalized section where users can manage their account details
Team - Members of a campus collaborating on assessments. Team members are assigned by a campus administrator to specific areas or Follow Up tasks
Overall Progress - A summarized percentage of completion for all active assessments and assigned areas
Due Date - The deadline by which an assessment, follow-up task, or assigned area must be completed
Ongoing - An assessment, follow up task, or area evaluation currently in progress
Overdue - An assessment, follow up task, or area evaluation past it's designed due date
Assigned Areas - Locations that are allocated to team members to complete assessment questionnaires. Areas may consist of a campus, building(s), or room(s)
Area Questions - The set of questions related to a specific area
Dynamic Interview - An interactive and adaptable interview process where area questions are adjusted in real time based on user responses. This is seen when completing questionnaires for rooms.
Notifications - Alerts sent to users about assessment assignments, updates, due dates, follow ups, or other important activities
Display Name - The name visible to other team members within the application
Assign - The process of designating a specific assessment, area, or follow-up task to a team member for completion
Assessment Report - A comprehensive document generated by the application summarizing the findings from a completed assessment. This report can be shared with stakeholders or used for compliance purposes
