As an admin, you will assign specific Areas to team members to ensure assessments are completed efficiently. This allows for better task distribution and accountability in evaluating different parts of the campus. The area consists of a series of questions to complete.
Assigning Area Questions can only be done on desktop.
How to Assign an Area
When viewing a specific area, the Members tab lists all members currently assigned. You may manage the assignments here. To assign the area to a member(s):
Log in to MyClass and navigate to the Assessments tab.
Select "Assessments" from the left-side menu.
Click on the Campus where you need to assign questions.
Click on the Area you’d like to assign.
Tap on the “Members” tab, then choose "Assign Members"
Select team members from the list a click “Assign” to confirm assignments.
How to Assign Multiple Areas (Bulk Assign)
You can assign multiple areas at once to the same or different set of members. This saves you time from navigating to each area and assigning members. Mix and match setting due dates and assigning certain areas all from a single screen:
Navigate to the Assessment Overview page.
Click "Bulk Assign Areas"
Select the areas you wish to assign in bulk and click Set Due Date:
Next, click Assign Member and select members to assign to the selected areas.
Click Assign to finalize the assignments.
