Issue or concern identified during an assessment may require further action. Follow Ups ensure that safety risks, incomplete answers, or necessary corrections are properly tracked and addressed.
Follow Ups can be assigned to team members and have due dates for completion.

How to Flag an Issue for Follow Up
On Mobile

Open the MyClass app and navigate to an assessment area in progress.
Navigate to a question.
Select the "Follow Up" icon (Circled checkmark icon).
Enter a Title for the follow-up and optional description with details that explain the issue or deficiency.
Set a Due Date for the issue to be resolved and assign it to a user.
Tap Done.

Log in to MyClass and open an in-progress assessment.
Navigate to the Assigned Areas section and select a question.
Click the "Follow-Up" icon (Circled checkmark icon).
Enter details about the issue:
Title
Description (explain the concern in detail).
Assign a Team Member
Set a Due Date
Click Done to flag the issue for follow-up.
Tracking and Managing Follow-Ups
View Follow-Ups in an Assessment
Open the assessment and navigate to the Follow-Ups tab.
All flagged issues will be listed, including status, assigned team members, and due dates.
Updating or Resolving a Follow-Up
Select a flagged follow-up issue.
Add comments or additional media as needed.
If the issue is resolved, mark it as Completed.
Troubleshooting Follow-Up Issues
I can’t flag an issue for follow-up
Ensure you are in an active assessment with the ability to edit.
Confirm that your role allows you to create follow-ups.
My follow-ups are not saving
Check your internet connection and try again.
Refresh the page or restart the app.
I need to reassign a follow-up
Open the follow-up and select a different team member from the dropdown menu.
