Depending on the platform being used, you can view all Follow Ups assigned to you, those in an Assessment, an Area, or a specific question.
How to View Follow Ups
On Mobile

Open the MyClass app and go to the Assessments tab.
Select an assessment area and navigate to the Follow Ups Section.
Tap on a Follow Up to view details:
If needed, add comments in the Update tab. If other members have also been assigned to this Follow Up they will receive a notification of your comment.
In a Specific Question
In a Specific Question
Log in to MyClass and open an assessment area in progress.
Click the Continue Assessment button.
Navigate to a question and click the Follow Up icon (circle with check mark) to view Follow Ups. The number denotes how many Follow Ups are created for this question.
The Follow Up screen shows Follow Ups created for this question.
Review all flagged issues, including their status and assigned team members.

Log in to MyClass and open an assessment in progress.
Click on an Area
Click the Open Area Questions button at the top-right to view the questions.
Navigate to a question and click the Follow Up icon (circle with check mark) to view Follow Ups. The number denotes how many Follow Ups are created for this question.
The Follow Up screen shows Follow Ups created for this question. Select a Follow Up from the list.
Review all flagged issues, including their status and assigned team members.
Managing Follow-Ups
When viewing a Follow Up, you may edit aspects of it such as:
Assigning a Team Member- Designate someone to resolve the issue.
Setting a Due Date- Establish a timeline for completion.
Marking as Resolved- Once the issue is addressed, update the status to Completed.
Troubleshooting Follow Up Issues
I can’t create a Follow Up
Ensure you are in an active assessment with editing permissions.
Confirm that your role allows you to create Follow Ups.
Follow Ups are not updating
Refresh the page or restart the app to sync data.
Check your internet connection and try again.
Follow Up mistakenly marked as complete
Contact an admin to reopen the Follow Up for further action.
