Generate a Report

Ensure all required areas have been addressed and generate a report

Updated over 3 months ago

Once an assessment is completed, it should be reviewed and a report generated to ensure all required areas have been addressed. This guide will walk you through the steps for finalizing your assessment and generating a report.

Why Review Your Assessment Before Generating a Report?

  • Ensures all assigned areas are completed

  • Verifies that Follow-Ups have been flagged where necessary

  • Confirms supporting media (photos, notes) are attached

  • Prevents submission errors and missing data

How to Generate an Assessment Report

On Desktop

  1. Log in to MyClass and open an assessment in progress.

  2. Navigate to the Assessment Overview page.

  3. Review each Assigned Area for status and progress completeness:

    • Ensure all questions have been answered.

    • Check for flagged Follow Ups that require action.

    • Verify that required media uploads are included.

  4. Click the View Report button at the top-right and then Generate Report.

  5. Select the areas to include in the report.

For a Full Report including all areas, click on the first checkbox next to the header 'Area'. This will select all areas including campus, buildings, and rooms.

For a Partial Report including specific areas, click the checkbox next to those areas. Make sure to click on the drop-down arrow ▼ next to each building. This will show rooms within the building.

  6. Click Generate Report. You will be notified via email when your report is ready to be downloaded.

  7. Once you receive the email notification, navigate to your Assessment Overview page and click View Report
