Issues accessing or completing your assigned areas

My Assigned Areas Are Not Showing Up

Possible Causes:

  • You are not assigned to assess the area.

  • The assessment hasn’t been started by an admin user.

Solution:

  • Check the Assessments Dashboard to confirm you are assigned.

  • Refresh the page or log out and log back in.

  • Ask your admin to verify your assignment.


I Can’t Access a Specific Area

Possible Causes:

  • You are not assigned to assess the area.

  • The area is restricted based on user roles.

  • You don’t have permission to modify the assessment.

  • The Due Date is overdue.

Solution:

  • Confirm with your admin that you have the correct role to access the area.

  • Ask your admin for an extension and to set a new due date.


My Assigned Area Isn’t Updating

Possible Causes:

  • The system did not sync properly.

  • There is a connection issue preventing updates.

Solution:

  • Refresh the page or restart the app.

  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection.

  • Refresh the app by logging out and back in.


I Completed My Assigned Area, But It Still Shows as Incomplete

Possible Causes:

  • A required question was skipped.

  • The assessment was not properly saved.

Solution:

  • Reopen the Assigned Area and review unanswered questions.

  • Ensure that all required fields are filled out.
